The strength of InterGrad-EGD lies in the close cooperation between the four partner universities. Each contributes unique doctoral centres and expertise that complement one another and create synergies: joint supervision by professors, international co-supervisors and standardised continuing education programmes featuring annual campus events, workshops and excursions. This creates a strong network that supports early-career researchers and connects the universities of applied sciences in Saxony-Anhalt.
